This will help you to share your file with everyone and the contain of the file will also remain intact as nobody will able to make any kind of changes to that particular file.

So Let's begin...

For Example, if have written a Important Article in word or Important Data in excel or Important presentation in Power point and you want to send the same to office or to school / college. 

Simply you have to do is press ALT + F + A to open a Save As window

Then select the location where you want to save this particular file.

After that, gave a file name and in Save as type select PDF

This way without using internet you can save your file into PDF.
